Glad I was able to find last minute hotel availability over the weekend with double beds. Hotels/motels get booked quickly. Overall, I would like to thank hotel L'express for their hospitality. One concern I had was having 3 fridges in one room with no microwave whatsoever. Additionally facial towel (forgot to take picture) had black stain on it, the bath tub also had hair from previous guests and used shampoo, and conditioner. See pictures attached. But overall thankful for the stay knowing their was no availability anywhere else with booking last minute. I would advise for deep maintenance at the location.

The guy running the spot was very helpful and nice to us. Just the overall establishment isn’t exactly the best. Our first room had a leaking AC unit that just leaked water all over the couch so the manager switched our rooms without question. The room he gave us didn’t have this problem but it did have orange/yellow leaky grime going down the walls, and under the bed was what was suppose to be our ice bucket but some other guests used it as a garbage/cigarette butt can. No idea how long that stuff was there because we were told no smoking. It’s kinda far from downtown about a half hour drive but it isn’t that bad. It was good for what we needed it to be a cheaper hotel room for a sports tournament in Montreal we were attending with the boys I wouldn’t say don’t stay here the sheets were clean and the shower was too but I wouldn’t recommended this as your first hotel option.

This place is disgusting. Reeks of smoke, nothing Audis properly. Tv dud not teen off had to unplug along with lights with no switches . Toilet paper holder broken off the wall. Dirty staircase with ripped carpeting. Didn’t use shower just wanted to get out of there asap! We should be asking them for a deposit not them asking you. This place needs the city public health to inspect

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. The room was dirty, the smell of marijuana was horribly strong and we couldn't stay there. We didn't get any refund from the hotel despite the fact that it was not our fault of leaving and not staying.

Hotel l'express well what can I say... please go there and level 'express' because this place is horrible. It looks like a very old hotel that has not been cared for. The place really is run down. For non smoking rooms I found left over cigarettes in the room. I found a fly in the room I found a mosquito in the room. The walls have holes in them. I requested a pressing and was given a very dirty and burn iron. 'So these guys could not clean this stuff?' The balcony is a real mess please don't go there This is a budget place. I chose it because I was passing through so i didn't mind. It does have parking. By the way it is adjacent to a cemetery so if you are superstitious the l'express hotel is not for you

Booked this executive suite room on booking.com paid a total 235$ for 1 night , as per the pictures I was expecting something decent. Room is half functional , floors were extremely dirty in less than 2min socks were gray, lights did not work , bed blanket was dirty , windows broken .. horrible experience, I got scammed

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. although the hotel is a bit outta the way it is very quiet staff was great rooms clean and good wifi. It was disappointing when the desk clerk in the morning told us that the kitchen/restaurant they have on premises is closed on Mondays.. other than that i would definitely recommend it. Oh and LGBTQ2 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈friendly

The most disgusting hotel l have ever been at . Spiders, everything broken, bad sheets with blood. Do not go save your money.
