We booked a 2-day private tour and had a fantastic time. The service provided by Laura and Candela was exceptional. They were very patient and helpful throughout. Our tour guide, Andrew, was amazing. He was wonderful with our kids and even built a snowman with them! He was incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so much along the way. The car was clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of snacks. We highly recommend booking with Canadian Rockies Experience.

We had an exceptional experience with Canadian Rockies Experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, thanks to Laura, Colleen, and Andrew—even when we had to make a last-minute change to our itinerary (our agent accidentally booked two of the same activities in a row—Stanley Glacier—but we were able to switch one to the Drumheller Museum). Our guides was not only friendly but also passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the region. The scenery was breathtaking, and we could fully enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, which made the day even more enjoyable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Canadian Rockies Experience to anyone looking to explore the Canadian Rockies in an authentic, relaxing, and personalized way.

The private tour of Lake Moraine, Lake Louise, Peyto Lake, and Bow Lake was, without a doubt, a truly wonderful experience. Our guide, Evan, was exceptionally knowledgeable, well-traveled, experienced, and possessed a calm and pleasant demeanor. He arrived promptly at the pickup location at 8 am. He thoughtfully accommodated our specific needs and curated an optimal itinerary for our visit to these beautiful lakes. We gained valuable insights into viewpoints that helped us avoid crowds and capture better photographs, and he is also a skilled photographer. The van was impeccably clean, and the picnic lunch at Bow Lake was a delightful addition. Their website offers detailed profiles of all their guides. I would highly recommend booking private tours through them. If you wish to experience the lakes in peace and comfort, without the challenges of parking, this is the perfect choice. I anticipate future private multi-day tours when my toddler is a bit older and able to hike for longer periods.

At the end of June, my husband and I had the pleasure of doing a private tour with Addison at Lake Marine - and it was absolutely incredible. Addison was knowledgeable, kind, and the best tour guide we could have asked for. She was incredibly patient and made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her- it felt like we’ve known her for years. She made sure we had everything we needed, including any necessary gear, and clearly explained our hiking options and mileage before we began. Her attention to details and care made the entire experience, seamless and enjoyable. For my husband, a highlight of the hike was definitely the delicious cookies provided to us - such a thoughtful touch from the Canadian Rockies experience team. In the middle of our hike, we even had a chance to meet Laura the owner who was energetic, warm and professional. It was clear how much passion she puts into her work and her team. We had such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Laura, Addison and the entire Canadian Rockies experience team to anyone considering a hiking tour. We can’t wait to return - and next time we’re bringing our family and friends and will be sure to book with Addie again. We booked two tours with Canadian Rockies experience, and it was amazing. Our guide Evan was very knowledgeable about the region history, and it's animals. We booked a hike in Kananaskis lake and the next day a drive and exploration of the Colombian ice fields and it was amazing. The lunches provided where also formidable. All in all I recommend this experience 100%

Peggy and I just finished the Icefields Parkway tour and could not be more pleased with the experience. Our guide was Simmi who was the best! She met us with options for coffee and tea and croissants. But was totally nonplused to stop and help us get a little something special we needed. Her information on the parkway tour was much appreciated Simmo is Very knowledgeable and a 30 year resident of the area. We like to hike and Simmi provided just the opportunities for us to stretch our legs and get some exercise during this amazing drive. The geography is absolutely spectacular. We would highly recommend this tour to even the most jaded mountain tourist. Hiking opportunities abound as do beautiful vistas. Simmi and Canadian Rocky experience are a top flight operation.

We booked two tours and Shaina was phenomenal! The first was a 5 hour tour of Banff National Park. Shaina was knowledgeable about the history of the park, animals, geological features and was so friendly. Our second tour was an 8 hour excursion to the lakes and it was the best tour we have ever had. My parents are elderly and she was so patient and helpful, while also sharing lots of great information that our 12 year old loved. We had a beautiful picnic on Lake Louise and the entire day was magical. We have been to several national parks and these were by far the best. Our tour guide was amazing but the entire process was seamlessly executed. We will be back and use Canadian Rockies Experience again!

Andrew and Carole were amazing. So interesting and well informed about all different topics from wildlife to history to vegetation. The whole tour was so organized and the lunch was delicious. I so appreciated Laura’s advice about which hikes to do, her encouragement to take a rest day in between was key! Our guides went above and beyond to make our hikes go smoothly.
